Issuer rules

• May be declined for additional card accounts if the business entity currently has, or has had, another Bank of America business card in the preceding 24 months: "I also understand that I may be declined for additional credit card accounts if my business entity currently has, or has had, another business card with Bank of America in the preceding 24 month period."
• Applicant must be 18+ and an Owner/Authorized Officer of the business: "You must be at least 18 years of age and be an Owner/Authorized Officer of the business to apply."
• Accounts must be used for business purposes only, and the Owner/Authorized Officer is personally liable alongside the business entity.
• Welcome offer limited to new company-level accounts, not conversions: "Limit 1 bonus point and companion fare offer per new company."
• Annual fee is charged at two levels: $70 for the company plus $25 per card issued.
