• Issued by First Electronic Bank pursuant to a license from American Express, and powered by Imprint Payments, Inc.
• The extra 4% Cash Back on eligible Rakuten purchases is capped at $10,000 per calendar year (cap raised from $7,000 effective July 15, 2026); eligible Rakuten purchases above the cap earn 1%.
• Bonus-category eligibility is based on Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) determined and managed by Imprint and Rakuten, and subject to change at any time without notice.
• Prequalification shows your credit limit with no credit score impact, but accepting an offer triggers a hard credit pull: "If you accept an offer, we will conduct a hard credit pull which may impact your credit score."
• A Rakuten account is required to apply ("Join now to apply for the Rakuten Card"), and an account that already has an active Rakuten Card cannot apply again.
• Late payment fee up to $35, returned payment fee $35, no over-the-credit-limit fee, no other fees; minimum interest charge $1.00.
