• The Prime Store Card is an upgrade from the Amazon Store Card and is available only to customers with an Eligible Prime Membership, subject to credit approval.
• If you cease to have an Eligible Prime Membership, the Prime Store Card reverts to an Amazon Store Card.
• 5% back cannot be combined with an Equal Monthly Payments or special financing offer; the cardholder picks one or the other per purchase.
• Amazon Pay purchases made with the Prime Store Card are not eligible to earn reward points.
• The card is usable for most purchases at Amazon.com and select physical Amazon stores, plus merchants who accept Amazon Pay; it is not a general-purpose network card.
• Unredeemed rewards points are forfeited if the account is closed for any reason.
• Minimum interest charge is $1.50.
• Special financing offers stop being offered for new purchases starting the week of February 16, 2026.
