Issuer rules

• Welcome bonus is not available to current cardholders of a LATAM Airlines World Elite Mastercard, or to previous cardholders of a LATAM Airlines World Elite Mastercard or a LATAM Airlines Mastercard who received a new cardholder bonus on either card.
• Account must be open and not delinquent at the time of bonus fulfillment; if the account does not stay open at least six months from account opening, Cardless and LATAM reserve the right to deduct the bonus miles.
• Eligible Purchases exclude balance transfers, cash advances and cash-like transactions, lottery tickets, casino chips, betting, crypto-currency transactions, checks that access the account, interest and fees of any kind (including the annual fee).
• The card has no cash advance or ATM access feature.
• Cards are issued by First Electronic Bank and serviced by Cardless, Inc.; accounts subject to credit approval.
